OP, also love the name.
Having previously spent many years on the club scene as a single woman, I’d agree with others that it leaves you a little wary of going with people you don’t know well having been burnt in the past. But I also think there’s no harm in putting it out there that this is what your end game is.
Another tactic is to look at chat groups built around club nights. I’m in some that are permanent. It’s a good way to strike up a friendship, or more with people who are interested in events.

Many events set them up, but for attendees only, so can be a catch 22 unless you look to attend initially as a single male.
The alternative and one I'd recommend is to head to an organised social before looking to couple up for a club visit. There you can chat, let people see the real you and perhaps find someone willing to couple up to a future event. Networking is a great tool and can lead to all manner of future activities. |
