Are we talking Score or soundtrack ?

Score would be Ennio Morricone in any spaghetti western but the classic Good , Bad and Ugly is a hard one to beat

Saying that I think what Vangelis does in Blade Runner is a work of genius

Soundtracks .. so many : Trainspotting , The Crow and any of the Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy

American werewolf in london.

If we're talking film scores, I'd say the old clint Eastwood western music that's been mentioned already, by ennio morriconne.

Also the Howard shore orchestral themes in the lord of the rings films, the john williams star wars themes...and the score for the red turtle by laurent Perez Del Mar....and most studio ghibli films.

"Some absolute belters already, but don't want to repeat, so...

Soundtrack: Grosse Pointe Blank

Score: The Hateful Eight (kinda repeating, as it's Ennio Morriconne, for Quentin Tarantino!!)

Forgot about grosse point blank. Amazing soundtrack "

Which has actually reminded me to try and hunt out a film from around the same time which should be decent, which i'd forgotten about and not seen since it came out....High Fidelity

Great film, Cussack again, good soundtrack too! Jack Black steals every scene he's in!!
