When I’m at home 5 or so… more when my pre teen is here as he makes me 15,000 a day 😂 zero when I’m working, I live on caffeine drinks to get me through there

Probably only once or twice a week.

I like sparkling water..

..a few strawberries & a banana blended & mixed with a small amount of sparkling water can make a very refreshing light breakfast too.

If day off and at home...kettle on every other hour, so about 6 or 7. Cups of tea
