Be strict with your food intake and do a food and health diary to work out what triggers an attack. A close friend suffers and ex MIL too along with a work colleague but all three have different things that have to be avoided so not a simple one stop fix unfortunately. Good luck with the research, it’s worth it |

U learn to manage it. For me it’s all about what I mix
If I have alcohol then no garlic
Coffee then no bread
Bread then no dairy
Etc
Moderation, and learn to manage. Keep on top of your medication. Drink lots of peppermint tea avoid ginger |

Have you had a food allergy test yet?
That’s was a game changer for me - sadly miss out on dairy, gluten, eggs and mushrooms now but pain is manageable. My dining experiences are like walking through a minefield these days but I have it under control.
I also went to curaleaf clinic and got cannabis oil prescribed it is best relief for cramps within 60 secs.
You got to give up a lot to manage it but can get legged now without any repercussions.
Try and reduce internal inflammation - lots of berries and nuts, especially blueberries, etc. I use a grounding sheet as well. Look at colostrum to line your stomach and slippery elm to seal it. No red meat and lots of fish.
Sadly no quick fix but complete change of lifestyle helps.

My mum suffered with this. As others have said, attacks are usually brought on by a particular foodstuff, in my mums's case 'pippy' things like tomatoes would trigger an attack, once she removed these from her diet, all was well. |
