Is Fab becoming a fay site?

We are noticing more and more forum posts aimed at, or about gay men. We have been here just over three year this time. Has anyone else noticed a change in dynamic or could it just be we have not noticed it before |

I think the way a thread starts and what it turns into are two different things.
You'll see threads of men wanting women to comment on their cock threads, or wanking threads....and it basically ends up a chat of men talking to each other. |

I've always seen a subset of gay men in my feed (or bi men mostly looking for men - they interact very differently from those looking for women). And of course a lot of guys complaining about men messaging and looking at them.
I don't think I've noticed an uptick in that. It's just part of the variety of the site. |

My reading of the situation is that, a very small group, who seemingly regard themselves as some sort of “pure gay”, seem to think the forum and site on fabguys should belong to them. They criticise anyone who dares to refer to themselves as straight, calling them gay, and bi guys who dare mention women as people who shouldn’t be on the site.
However, in regards to the whole site it is just a small group of sad intolerants. |

Maybe take a look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself why it matters to you do much.

I'm not gay or bi, but I have noticed more posts, on the forums. I blame cuckolding, it seems every guy wants to clean up or be a bull.  it doesn't bother me, were all here for the same reason to have fun and explore kinks. But your question was have you noticed more. |

The site is much richer for having people of all different backgrounds, preferences and orientations. Ghettos are not really my personal cup of tea and I am sure that is the case for most people on here. And to be honest most of the time when I reply for example on a thread to someone, I don't even notice what they are. An inclusive place is a happier one. Preferences can be managed in a lot of different ways if seeking meets for example. Just my very humble opinion of course. Sometimes, and not refering to the OP or this thread, questions like that are bait and seeking to ignite passions and not of the kind this site is meant to  |

The reason I created this post was, I feel I am now often scrolling more before finding a subject of interest. As a couple looking for other couples this site has served us well. It is for us becoming more difficult to arrange meets. Other factors do apply. |

Yes, you can block anyone for any reason.
And there are certain things that tend to attract gay men in particular - if you see a lot of that, block that person. It's not personal, it's just sorting out what you want to see. |

With 30,000 plus people around, you will have a lot of them who are interested in same gender sex. As the site grows with new people, you will get more.
And the forum is full of lots of diverse posts, with it being unlikely that you'll be interested in all of them. The high volume means you're awash with choice.
In 15 years here, I think the culture reflects wider society, with more people being open and honest. I don't sense any explosion though and don't see how it would affect you, if not interested. Some forum areas are more popular with this, including the introductions part.
We're lucky that our culture isn't like Russia, etc where many people are governed by repression and more danger. |
