I have just had a picture removed as it’s too rude despite getting lots of Fabs and compliments.
To be fair it was niche and kinky but surely if it gained positive attention then one mediator should not remove just because it’s not to their tastes.
As far as I can see it didn’t break any rules.
What’s your thoughts and has anyone else had pictures removed 🙄 |

Not had pictures removed but have had posts removed...I doubt it followed rules regardless of likes . That parts irrelevant.

I had all of my dungeon pictures rejected, but my counterpart has been able to display them ....and several accounts loaded almost identical pictures with a 10 mins window 🙄🙄

Photos aren't removed due to personal tastes of photo mods. They're removed if they break site rules and the guidelines given to those approving image uploads.
Occasioanlly some slip through and may well be removed later if reported.
It's not personal. The photo rules are there whenever you upload a new image. |

I had several pics rejected after weeks of being on the site as apparently they "looked like they'd been uploaded from the internet" I then had to re photo verify to prove it was me, I think a jealous forum user that I mugged off took umbridge and reported me...I've no idea who it was ...🤷🏻♂️

Here's the rules. Remember, Fab isn't a specialist kink site or a porn site - it's a swingers contact site. So what you may see elsewhere online won't always be acceptable on here. Hence more 'extreme' kink, BDSM, fisting, waterspouts and other subjects that some may enjoy arent allowed. Likewise tributes as they involve screenshots of other images or printed photos of other people. And if any image or video has watermarks or evidence of coming from another site, even if the image or video is your own, then it won't be allowed. Just upload the original and you shouldn't have any issue.
PHOTO RULES
Strictly adults 18+ only. You and anyone in the photos must be aged 18+ and MUST have been 18+ at the time the photos were taken.
The photos must be yours and you must be in the photos. You must be in any photo you upload. This means that photos of your bike/car/dildo collection for example, will be rejected unless you are in the photo too.
Nothing nasty. The photo can't show anyone who might be being hurt, or who has been hurt. It also can't show anything that is outside the norms. If it's too rude, taboo or unpleasant, or if it puts us off our dinner, it is not welcome here.
We're not Facebook. The site isn't for family shots, it's not facebook. That means ONLY pictures of adults aged 18+ at the time the photo was taken, no matter what the context.
No watermarks. Photo can't be watermarked. If your photo is watermarked either by this site or another site, it will be rejected. We can only accept original photos.
Others in your photo OK so long as faces are obscured and you have permission. You can have other people in your photos too (to clarify, you must also be in the photo) so long as you have their permission to upload to your account on here AND their faces are obscured (face pixellated or blacked out; just blacking out the eyes is NOT ok).
Legal. The photo can't show any illegal activity.
No pets / animals. Sorry, but you can't include your pets in the photos. Unfortunately, this turns some perverts on and we don't want their kind on Fab.
No public scenes with identifiable adults or under 18s. Photos taken in public places with other people in the background who can be identified OR under 18 will be rejected. If you have photos like this you want on the site, crop them in a graphics program or blank everyone in the background. |

We’ve had spanking photos removed in the past but there is a spanking classification available when you classify pics. 
We’ve had warnings about digitally created images so we won’t ever load them again.
There does appear to be some subjectivity in the photo moderation. |

OK, from personal experience, we've had stuff either rejected outright or retroactively rejected, including:
School uniforms.
Nun habits.
Fetish masks.
Anything other than the mildest of spanking photos.
Anything too "bondage-y".
When they can't distinguish between a slightly out-of-focus picture and a screenshot.
There was one instance where a photo of doggy-style action was rejected because it claimed that the guys' face wasn't obscured. This would be fine, but it was literally the top of his hair sticking out from just behind the wifes' head!
What gets retroactively rejected really is a moving target on here. |

And it's not my 'personal preference'. I'm a volunteer forum mod. I don't make the rules on permitted photo content.
I couldn't give a fig what two consenting adults get up to, indulge in many a thing that I wouldn't be able to upload photos of and should I want to see such images/videos, I know exactly where to go to find them.

If you only had one photo mods for the site there'd be 100% consistency.
There wouldn't be enough hours in the day to approve the volume of photos added though and you'd likely be waiting weeks to get yours approved.
People are human. Mistakes are made. Some are corrected later and some slip through the net.
There are no paid staff on the site just volunteers. Always worth remembering. Sometimes I really wonder why people give their time freely for no reward. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ |

This has been happening a lot recently.
A funny screenshot I sometimes show people is a snap of my fab Photo Manager with 3 pics, the first & the 3rd, both removed for being "too rude" even though there's no genitalia on display & no sexual activity being depicted..

What’s your thoughts and has anyone else had pictures removed 🙄
Photos aren't removed due to personal tastes of photo mods. They're removed if they break site rules and the guidelines given to those approving image uploads.
Occasioanlly some slip through and may well be removed later if reported.
It's not personal. The photo rules are there whenever you upload a new image.
However, as has been previously mentioned, I had a photo removed from the couples profile we had while the other party displaying the same picture wasn't.
Consistency is not a forte.
If you only had one photo mods for the site there'd be 100% consistency.
There wouldn't be enough hours in the day to approve the volume of photos added though and you'd likely be waiting weeks to get yours approved.
People are human. Mistakes are made. Some are corrected later and some slip through the net.
There are no paid staff on the site just volunteers. Always worth remembering. Sometimes I really wonder why people give their time freely for no reward. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️"

Form this thread is seems that women get censored more on this site and men
So speculums in assholes are ok and not too graphic but not in vaginas? He has at least 8 approved pics so slipping through the net can’t be an excuse!
