Mine went well, was in a telegram group with a lot so that kinda broke the ice. Met a few in a pub before heading to the club so wasn't on my own. Was shown around and just tried to interact with everyone and anyone. Played with a couple I got chatting too. Real eye opener though particularly about the dos and don'ts when visiting. |

I loved every minute of it.
It was 23 years ago, a long since gone club called Utopia, near Telford, I went with my partner at the time and he was very nervous, had many a fun night there and even ended up working behind the bar for a bit but hated missing out on all the fun so stopped doing that |

We loved it, but that was mostly because of the people we met. Chatted to a guy who was a really respectful gent, then on for some FF fun later on. It was the perfect introduction and still one of our best club visits x |

To start with, I was terrified, because I went alone and hadn't spoken to anyone there beforehand. Then I was self-conscious, because I started to negatively compare my body to everyone else's.
But then I was incredibly lucky to have a lovely couple introduce themselves to me, show me around, chat to me, and then invite me to play. If it wasnt for them, I probably would have left, so in the end, a good experience 🥰 |

Loved it. Even though it got off to a shaky start.
Turned up overdressed (in a suit minus the tie), got chatting to a couple at the bar who I'd mistaken for the owners (they looked very similar), tripped over someone having sex whilst being given a guided tour......but had a wild night, went back the next week and ended up hosting there for a long while. |

I don't think club experiences necessarily improve with time. The only thing that improves consistently is your understanding of how it all works. |

It was pretty up and down for me. A majority of the couples and single women didn't really make eye contact which I took as an indication not to talk to them but got chatting to a few couples who were really friendly and nice and ended up in a room with one of them which was a highlight  |

Went very well, a very opportunistic visit. On the way to Leeds for a marathon a couple years back. Got chatting to a couple, met them at a social, at the time no plans of a club, given I had to run in the morning. The Mrs was gorgeous, so easily persuaded me to go the club. A great chill out, amazing kissing led to finding a room. Only annoyance was lack of protection so neither could really finish off. Some great shared 4play with a few watching. It was great!
Rock night at xtasia last year. First time clubbing in any way for 20 years, first time at a swingers club, first time out partying anywhere as a woman.

First time I was terrified, didn't know what to expect. Hubby got stage fright and we left after an hour

Neither of us ever thought we would be brave enough to go to a club
It was something we had both wanted to try but never had the courage to go through with it
For our first visit we decided to go to a club nowhere near our home town
So we picked it and booked our midweek visit
We had a couple of drinks before we left the hotel and made our way there
Walking through the door was the most nerve wracking part
Once in we chatted to a few other people there
We had no expectations of playing with others on our first visit

We pulled up and it felt like a truckers hotel, oh that is because in the week it was just that. Did we go in, hell yes. We had a fun, we met some lovely people, we met some strange people but all in all we had a good night.
Been a while since we have been to a club, but maybe it is time for another club visit soon  |

I loved it. A guy I was dating introduced me to the whole idea of swinging and clubs, he took me on a Friday afternoon. It was great and I started going regularly on my own. It’s 20 years ago this year!

Not great. Place was dead. i was fhe only female in there. 5 or so single males.
Looking back I was far too polite. A man latched onto me and made rhe worlds most boring small talk for what felt like an age (in no particular order- golf, fishing, model trains and a farming simulator) He was so nervous he didn’t come up for air. He eventually asked to play and when I said no he actually cried.

It was pretty uneventful. Went with an ex. It was very quiet. It was just us for the first nearly two hours! The single men didn't make eye contact, the couples weren't particularly social. We mostly forgot there was anyone else there as it was so ridiculously quiet. Ended up accidentally becoming exhibitionists but I only realised at the end that someone was watching us and I still don't know if I enjoy it. |

I was very nervous. It was a Wednesday afternoon and the club is on a fairly busy street on the edge of a large town; I felt very conspicuous and I was convinced that everyone knew that I was going to a Swingers Club, I lost my nerve a few times before having the courage to ring the clubs door bell.
Once in though, I felt great, I was great by a warm and friendly staff member who showed me around and then not long after that, I chatted with a very nice woman at the bar and then had a wonderful time with her.
Since my first visit to a club, I'm not longer nervous with fear only excitement; I think Swingers Clubs are great places, I only wish that I got more opportunities to visit them. |

My first club visit was to Vanilla Alternative 4 years ago. A friend recommended I try it out, I arrived and she introduced me to a group of her friends, chatted with them and introduced myself to others as well. Was a hot summer’s day in the middle of June, we were all relaxing outside the sun beating down on us loving life.

Our one and only club visit…..Mrs Wick and I went to what was ‘Adventures’ before it was levelled. We must have picked the worst night ever. It was so quiet, with only a handful of couples in. The music wasn’t really to our taste. Despite our attempts to mingle, we were largely ignored. Never really managed to figure out all the “amazing” reviews.

We were both very nervous at the thought of it, but so turned on too. When we got there it was very relaxing and even better than we imagined. It was a fair mix, and mostly couples there. We had a great time, but probably not in the right way! Both nervous as anything, so got way too pissed before! Guessing that's a standard newbie error. We had a great laugh, everyone was friendly, was a brilliant night out. Right up to the end, hooked up with one of the few remaining couples just before closing. Didn't work out, shambles all round and in the panic/shame/confusion I tried to put someone else's trousers on after. Glad we can laugh about it now |

We decided not to bother after that.
Preferring private liaisons instead. I’m sure others are great. But the experience was enough to dampen our enthusiasm for them sufficiently to not bother since. |

Our first experience had a bit of everything and in hindsight was probably the best way to start off.
It was busy, but not too busy, we didn’t play with anyone else, but ended up in a room on a bed with various people coming in and out of the room from voyeurs to 30 second quick fuckers, to a guy in a wheelchair (his partner got him onto the bed then rode him like a bucking bronco), to a foursome on the bed next to us which included a blind guy - his partner was giving him directions on where to put his hands.
All in all we enjoyed it as there was such an eclectic mix of people and we felt totally comfortable there

Arranged to meet a couple there, we had a fun session. But staff were anal regarding a bottle of water and the open smoking area was awful , you had to walk through there to get to some of the play rooms. We also found it very warm in the rooms. The staff, manager and security side has deterred us from going again. |

About 2 and a half years ago. We had no idea what to expect. We got through the main door and were going up the stairs behind an old fella who looked like the main bad guy from 'The Burbs' and David Dickinson had a baby. We signed up, stripped down and were given the tour. Still nervous...
After getting a drink from the bar we had a wander round and popped our heads in the rooms. The whole time we were followed by the fella from the stairs, who was now in his tighty whities. Slipped into a room for a little play thinking we lost him and then 2 minutes later he was stood behind us tugging away. Our first encounter with the wanking dead. A little off-putting for our first time.
After a while we found ourselves sat chatting with a big group of people. Heard some embarrassing and horrific but funny stories about 1st time fab meets and club visits etc. Mostly talked about everything but sex. We had a real good laugh, suddenly realising the nerves were gone and we felt right at home.
We didn't play with anyone else on that first night but have done since. Clubs are wonderful places and generally the crowd is very friendly and welcoming.
We're off to Scotland for the weekend and will be trying a club up there. We wish we had checked out this whole 'scene' years ago when we first started talking about it. |

Photographed a lady who invited me up to a club with her partner. Never seem so many guys and that put me off until..........
I get a call from a club looking for a photographer to photograph one of their parties. Completely different vibe as it was just couples and single ladies.
I also have two clubs that I would love to visit that are 20 mins away. |

Absolutely blown away by it all... loved it... like a small kid in a candy shop... the place had a swimming pool full of naked people... didn’t know where to look or what to do.. myself and partner just stood there grinning like imbeciles for the first hour... Bath Swingers club... sadly long gone now. |

My husband had to hold my hand as we went in. I was panicking so much outside, not knowing what to expect and thinking no one would be interested. We ended up using a private room after watching some others. I was definitely nervous lol |

It was a complete anti-climax, after the nervous build-up and drive to the NW club, standing in front of that big red door before ringing the bell before I had chance to change my mind! Once inside, it really was like a working men’s club on a Sunday afternoon, instead of what I imagined a Friday night in a swinger club might be…… 
It was quiet on numbers, but the staff were friendly towards me as a solo guy. I went another 2 times to that club, but never had any play or made any contacts, so haven’t been back  |
