I've to go for an MRI. Had an echo done yesterday the walls in the chamber is very thick

Do you mean Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy? 25% inheritance I think. Heart muscle get big and stiff. Either too big and cannot work efficiently or causes arythmia heart attacks like the football player that had to be resusitated on the pitch.

"Mild"? Probably arrythmia. The treatment is betablockers, ACEi and implanted defib. Might be also SGLT2 inhbitor or ARB+stuff if ACEi not tolerated. Usually statin too.
