I recall such a survey not on here I think Dudley in the West Midlands was voted the most sexiest place in the UK not sure if that stretched to the filthiest/kinkiest though |

Oh I once got followed around a Morrisons but I was wearing knee high boots that had corset style lacing up the back... It was a bit disconcerting though as I was running around with my veggies trying to shake them  |

I would go for the North West. Always seems to be lots of folks and lots of stuff happening.
Perhaps the preponderence of clubs there backs that up?
Scotland would be another and, maybe I’m biased, but we put in a good showing here in Cymru/Wales . |
