I don't think this is the place to resolve existential crises to be honest.
Try connecting with what you know to be true, things that are a constant in your life. What can you see, feel, smell, taste? Name them for yourself. This technique is called "grounding" and is used to reconnect people when they find themselves detaching from reality (a condition known as dissociation) |
