Can't you just fit a box over it with a padlock ? If you get a padlock on it with a code fitting rather than a key, you can pass the lock code over to new tenants instead of them having to access keys ? |

Sounds like a very sensible solution, or even maybe speak to your energy provider see if there's a way of remotely disabling the charge outlet if you are not there? |

if they are charging from your ev charge point then use a lockable charge point
which means fit a lock box over the charge point so only the key holder can use it
so you also know you can charge customers to charge as well |
