I've done 2 group plays in hotels, I was lucky and everyone who agreed to come did actually turn up, I always used Travelodge because rooms are reliable, they often have parking and the staff aren't as strict about having multiple people in the rooms.
my suggestion would be if you want 3-4 then invite 4-5 if the most reliable person could face something unsuspecting and have to cancel.
Check out the guys profile and make sure they have regular verifications covering a few years with the most recent is within the last 4 weeks, shows they are consistently and recently reliable.
Don't forget bottles of water for everyone, it is thirsty work. |

We tried to arrange a gang bang with another lady and myself. Booked a hotel, had confirmations from the single guys, but unfortunately, nobody turned up. So my hubby had to satisfy us both (flipping hero 😂)
If we were to try again, we would probably do it at a club night.

OP I've hosted a gangbang in the past and it's not as easy as it sounds. If your looking for 4 guys then invite 7 or 8 as some will not show get cold feet about performing in front of other guys etc. When I hosted we was looking for 6 guys invited 15 and including myself only 4 guy's actually turned up!

Recruit from a club. For others, meet, at least, socially in advance, to guage reliability and suitability.
Have a strict communication schedule and timetable for meeting. If they don't fulfill it, cancel their attendance.
As I'm sure most people have said, expect major failure to attend.  |

Whatever you do, don’t go with the Victoria sponge. People never cut it in even slices and, whilst they can be light, it’s easy to eat too much and get a stitch.
Loaf cake is way off. Not messy and easily handled, but too stodgy.
Fairy cakes can be fun. But I don’t think you’ll go far wrong if you go with French Fancies. Fun, nostalgic, bitesize.
