I'm trying to be "socially vegetarian", like I'll eat meat at home but take the veggie option in cafe's or on dates.
Vegan sausages are actually very nice. I bought a pack of Quorn sausages on the back of a few veggie fried breakfasts. |

In France, what about Touloue sausages? Or merguez. Both brilliant sausages.

Do like both but fairly uniform flavour wise.
