I laugh a lot. Life is too short to be sad all the time. Or anytime.
I think I laughed until I cried last weekend when my son made a mistake doing something and it all went horribly wrong for him. |

A couple of weeks ago a road rager pulled up along side me at the lights. I won’t go in to explaining why it would be too long and complicated to describe but he’d got the wrong end of the stick completely. He got annoyed with me and I chuckled at the ridiculous situation. This triggered him and we both ended up spiralling emotionally together. Soon enough he was fuming, livid and I was holding my sides, breathless and crying. I was filled with joy for miles after as he tried to escape me through busy traffic. I’m getting an endorphin hit just thinking about it. Starting the day on endorphins can never be a bad thing. Starting the day on an endorphin high is definitely a good way to go! Since starting this thread I keep thinking about the last time *I* laughed until I cried and I still find it hilarious  |

In hospital last December.
One of the inpatients in my ward had a bestie who was a hoot. We all looked forward to her coming to visit. She’d all banter with us and take the mickey out of the nurses. I laughed so hard. It was another patient’s birthday (elderly and very frail) and she brought cake, decorations, we sang, we laughed so hard.
It was so healing ❤️🩹 |

A couple of weeks ago watching Child 2 ice skate for the first time. He was like Bambi.
I laugh easily, but not often to the point of tears. It feels wonderful when it happens. |

A few weeks ago… went parasailing with my best friend on holiday… she booked it…all her idea but she’s scared of the ocean… and heights so while she was freaking out, I was laughing so hard I had actual tears streaming |

My friend was outside having a cigarette, we could see him through the patio doors, and a cat approached him. My friend, a fan of cats, leaned forward a little to do the psp psp psp, and suddenly, out of nowhere, the cat leapt up and, like a face-hugger, started mauling his face. Cue my friend desperately trying to prise this cat off himself, attempting to grab it's legs and body and release it's claws from his skin, before succeeding and flinging it into the garden.
