I moan/groan sweetly and swear a lot depending on how good it is, I don't scream though that's unnecessary 😅 when I'm lost in the moment I don't even realise the noise I'm making it's quite a visceral response. I will communicate and be verbal when needed, if I would prefer someone to do something a bit different I will say so, or sometimes I will give positive feedback too (yes keep doing that etc). But I can get lost in the moment too where I can't form words just noises (that's the best)
