"Making the kids beds. It's a bunk bed and a high sleeper, so I have to climb up and inevitably bump my head, trap my hand, hurt myself in mysterious ways and end up hot and bothered. " I've got a queen size bed ,ending up walking a mile getting it made up

Call me crazy but, I actually enjoy housework when it's not made hard for me...
Like, if they pile dishes in the sink, I'll put off doing them because I have to empty the sink, rinse the sink, and then fill it. That can be too many jobs for my brain, before the task at hand is done
Then there's the laundry that (sometimes) takes 1-2 business days to sort and keep because I forget I've dumped it on the bed "to be sorted" only to be greated by it at bed time! Back in the basket they go! |

Changing the duvet cover. It's a huge one and I almost always end up having to climb inside to get everything just perfect. Then I have to climb onto the bed and shake it to get it to run right. It's a real pain |

"Ironing fitted sheets or duvet covers, especially those with a high thread count. PITA. "
Save yourself the hassle of ironing fitted sheets, when there on the bed no one sees them and hardly any creases in them as well so why bother |

The bathroom. Living with women means there is a lot of hair in plug holes, on the wall, on the floor. Everywhere. It is horrible. I have no issues with doing the bathroom. But the hair does gross me out. |

In the south ,mostly new Orleans, Monday is washing day, over the years it was also the day that you'd cook "red beans and rice" put a pot of beans on ,do laundry, buy the time the washing was done ,so was dinner |
