When embracing, feeling how many hooks there are then slowly doing a squeeze in and lift up motion to release each one from the clasp.
Or sliding down the straps to release some tension before you attempt to unclasp.
Being observant enough to know that it is definitely a back opening bra and not a front one.
If I feel a struggle I’ll do it my damn self 😁

Depends on the bra. Members of the itty bitty titty committee have great bras with only one hook and they’re so satisfying to take off. Love those bras.
Those of us investing in giant boulder holders with 4 clasps need some serious dexterity |

Adding to this don't use your thumb and 1st finger, use thumb and muddle finger.
These two provide the strength and loosen the grip of the clasps. Use the index finger to guide and wiggle the clasps apart. working out how many clips there are 2,3,4,5 is a lock picking art form. This requires a lot of practise. |

If you squeeze the material with your thumb and on one side and first two fingers on the other side, bringing in your two fingers towards the thumb, all three clips usually just pop open. As long as it’s not too tight fitting |

If you love spending your pocket money in Superdrug and Boots buying cosmetics then thank a miner, driller, prospector, chemist and colour grader and mixer.
If you love high heels, then thank a structural engineer, designer and materials scientist.
If you hate bras, then become a critical thinker and researcher then re-invent it
if you love jewellery, then thank a geologist, miner, designer, artisan and assayist.
This might sound a tad patronising, but it could sound like a ted x talk. |

I completely flunked it once when I was younger, managed to ping it off with one hand just a the right moment .. she immediately said in and impressed tone ‘did you just take my bra off with hand’ .. never did tell her it was just luck!! |

To unhook a bra, I suggest my best method would be upside down in a bowl of custard using your teeth
Firstly, it’s import you both have to shared delight of Cold custard, and secondly been upside down gives you the benefit of gravity
With the delight of boobs being released and going splosh in the custard

Mrs here. Once time a guy I was getting passionate with couldn’t undo my bra so just went straight in and ripped it open straight from the front in between my cleavage.
I was kinda turned on at his display of lust and eagerness but equally fecked off cos it was a brand new bra that cost me £30 (about 15 years ago, so in today terms a lot more!!!!) |

Bra removal is the weirdest experience ever - they either just disappear like magic or, no matter what I do, they refuse to come off. There is no in between. No idea how they work or what I am doing differently. |

I find them fairly easy to undo, I've seen women wrap them round themselves do them up at the front then spin the bra round put their arms through the straps and pull them in to place. Looks pretty easy |
