Just demolished 2 fresh salmon steaks cooked in extra virgin olive oil, fresh finely chopped garlic, tender stem broccoli and cherry tomatoes, cooked together in the same pan to let the flavours mix, with a little sea salt and black pepper to season. A little fresh coriander to garnish and used the remaining bit of oil as a sauce 😗🤌

Yeah I have to go through fasting cycles. Was a recent change to my diet and routine since I discovered my childhood neglect caused my body to have a defect with my stomach not being able to digest food at a normal rate since when i was a child i didnt eat as much as i should have been eating, it caused my body to develop in a way that prevented it from being able to sustain nominal daily calorie intake for a 6 foot male with a mix of ectomorphic and mesomorhpic body types. My metabolism is high but I feel nausea if I eat too much for my stomach to digest food quick enough over a 3-4 day period. It actually had some really positive changes to my weight and muscle gain. It's very slow gains but they're steady so I'm happy now that I feel healthier and fitter 💪😌

"The kettle sings a cheerful tune,

A steamy plume, a fragrant moon.

The clock ticks slow, the day draws near,

A rumbling tummy, soft and clear.

What waits for us, this evening's treat?

A culinary feast, a savory feat.

A symphony of flavors bold,

A story whispered, to be told.

Perhaps a stew, with herbs so bright,

A fragrant broth, a warming light.

Or roasted chicken, crisp and brown,

With crispy skin, upon the crown.

A hearty loaf, of golden hue,

With butter spread, and flavors new.

A garden salad, fresh and green,

A vibrant dance, a verdant scene.

Or maybe pasta, tossed with grace,

A creamy sauce, a smiling face.

With vegetables, a vibrant array,

A perfect meal, to end the day.

The plates are set, the candles gleam,

A peaceful moment, a joyful dream.

With family gathered, close and near,

A happy dinner, banished fear.

So raise a glass, to this sweet time,

A feast of flavors, in rhyme.

For what's for tea, a mystery untold,

A culinary journey, stories bold."

For tea tonight, is a lovely bit of sea bass bought off the fish man.

Yes, a lovely bloke who comes round in a white van a mobile fishmonger.

So I’ll have it with chips (done in the air fryer) with buttered tenderstem and green beans on the side.
