Some mince, eggs, salad bits, greek yogurt and baby potatoes. That's all in the fridge and the usual pasta, rice etc in the cupboard. Give me some idea pls of what to make as lacking inspiration today (and you know that is unsual for me when it comes to cooking and food).

If you have any peppers or tomatoes you could stuff them and have an egg salad with them

Might be some sort of easy salad though no peppers but have lettuce, toms and cucumber and some beetroot.

Any soy sauce, white pepper, ginger, cinnamon?

Dry fry the mince, season with whatever Chinese spices you've got in, eat it in the lettuce leaves.

Egg & spuddy salad, cucumber diced in greek yoghurt is tsatsiki...

Well mince and potatoes is always a good simple meal if you have the gravy. You could try making simple burgers. I'm assuming you have salt and peppe, even better if you have onion.

Like steak tartare, will never use mince like that. Only the best fresh beef for it

Definitely an idea to try. One of my favourite Chinese dishes is minced chicken served in lettuce leaves.
