im not sure if this helps, but i think your problem maybe this,
dont think your issue is provider specific,
i believe this to be true for most service providers
its some sort of over 18 challenge
mine is EE,
if i remember right i had to add my credit card details to prove i was over 18,
but a phone call to customer services would have done it |

Just tell them you want those restrictions taken off, you don't have to explain why. As long as you can prove you're the account holder they don't care what your reasons are 🤷♂️ |

Via your account
Log into your account.
Head to Manage services, and select Plan settings.
Toggle Allow adult content to suit your preference. If it’s the first time you’ve done this, you’ll be asked to input your credit card details.

my opinion on this is you should be able to get adult restriction removed on all networks
just by walking into a phone shop as an adult they can see your old enough.
however and this has to be said parents are wrong to give there children an open phone card.
as goes for proving your over 18
I think it stinks as there security is really poor for what your uploading to prove your over 18
giffgaff being the worst as they want d license or passport and there security is really poor
Please note there security with there online systems as they can get hacked and peoples private data is taken.
it will get worse with having to prove your 18 to access adult sites or have to prove with a site that your old enough those sites are prime targets to get hacked |
