Do you have a specific look you like?
Have you ever compromised the personality over the look?
Me personally I like the more alternative or rock look but it’s more than the look. It’s also the music that we may have in common or even going to events together
Although for me I need that spark, or the ability to be able to hold each others attention outside of the bedroom (other rooms are available) |

I do love the goth / rocker look and love the music too. Like the OP, it's nice to have common interests with someone. Just adds to the attraction.
That said, I've connected with plenty of people who are the polar opposite of that aesthetic. |

I’ve realised over time that I tend to like a man with a big face. Not like a massive melon sized noggin, just a more expansive face. It’s absolutely not set in stone though. Also it sounds weird written down

Generally with men a little bit "alternative" which can vary from metalheads, goths, indie/hipsters, nerds, big viking looking blokes. Just not mainstream Turkey teeth and fake tan sportsluxe wearing love island types.
I do have a weakness for men who look like middle aged, coffee drinking, guardian reading English teachers with a shoegaze playlist for the car tho which I've mentioned before on here 😅
With women I am very attracted to alt/goth women but also curvaceous brunettes and redheads with pale skin over barbie doll types.
But generally I am attracted to a variety and personality also plays an important factor. |

I don't experience physical attraction to others in a normal way. So generally when I see someone for the first time (in a picture, say) I'll look for signs of kindness or an openness in their face. It sounds stupid when I write it and it's hard to explain. But I definitely have a 'look' just something that aligns with an idea in my head. |

I don't have a type, as my profiles says. I definitely have demisexual and sapiosexual traits.
There needs to be a form of connection as well as an attraction, which is why I like socials first. If we end up in bed afterwards, great! |

"I don’t think I have a type.. however I’m sure there’s others who would disagree 🙈
See, this happens to me.
I don’t think I have a type. But I get accused of having one. "
I just figured your type was 'female' |

I'm the same. I think I'm more into connection through similar interests and laughs |

Personality and how I gel with someone would be more important than looks to me. I'll chat to anyone, and it's through that I'll become attracted to someone |

I don’t really have a type, it’s the personality for me. If you see the different looks of people I’ve been with it’s obvious I don’t. I do however seem to lean to more men that either look on the geeky side |

If there’s no connection mentally then the physical side wouldn’t work for me
I’ve got to have a balance between the two, someone’s personality, humour, morals and actions can be a massive turn off regardless of how attractive I find them |

People can definitely be sexy in different ways.
Some people it's the way they look (which can also vary wildly from person to person), some people it's their aura/attitude, some people it's their mind, some people it's their sense of humour. You can't control who you have chemistry with either. Sometimes you just unexpectedly 'fit' with someone and the chemistry is electic and it can take you by surprise. |

This is perfectly put. I 100% agree. This is what it’s like for me |

Exactly this! I thought I had a type when I joined fab when it came to looks, I soon realised I didn't, it is all down to that chemistry and spark. |

For me, I don't have a look I go for at all, it is down to personality, whether they are a genuine nice person, a connection and mutual interests whilst still having different interests as well. |

I feel very simularly to what youve described, it's been quite the journey to discover what I find to be attractive attributes and then how to articulate it. |

Feel free to send me a private message if you wanted to talk about things further. I had a real lightbulb moment talking to friend about it and I hadn't realised how alone I felt until I knew someone else understood me in that way! |

I like men and women who are more on the alternative to goth spectrum. They're more likely to appreciate my music, film and aesthetic tastes. They're also more likely to like my look as well.

I like the rock t-shirts/jeans & walking boots look. I like basball boots but prefer semi boots or walking boots. Need to get me some Nike's.... Denim jacket to get too!
However, if going on a hot date then maybe a suit & tie. You gotta look smart for the ladies......
So, I straddle 2 camps really. |

I definitely have a type on paper.
Not one of my favourite people is that type though 🤣

I like clean-cut, good guys.
Suit, well-groomed, kinda vanilla … no bikers or beards for me 🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣
Height will always get my attention. Tall, not short haha
The look I portray here is kinda sexy and well dressed (or undressed haha) but in everyday life I am quite casual because it is tiring looking sexy all the time. 😉 |

"Big titty goth girls 😂
I like the Alt look but as long as they're presentable and stylish I don't mind
Need more men on fab like this 😏"
Lol 😅
So I've heard we are few and far between and worse still is one someone can be attracted to or is respectful and decent |

Tall dark and handsome is the written down version but in reality what I have been attracted to has seen many variants to this. Aside from that something that catches your eye initially, and personality, I have found all manner of things sexy. The way a person holds themself, maybe a little crook in their nose, a scar, their lips, their voice, long hair, short hair, covered in tattoos, a bit of a nerd, an indie/alternative guy … the list goes on. |

More often than not I find myself drawn to tall, dark-haired, pretty faced men. But there has and will be exceptions if they're humour matches mine.
With ladies, I'm drawn to curves and kissable lips but again, there's always exceptions. |

I don't have a ticklist or shopping list. It's not Build-A-Bloke. Although that might be kinda fun.
But I am drawn to a certain type of character. It's always way more than simple chemistry.
Good chemistry makes good sex possible.
Good chemistry + character traits + someone I respect makes anything possible. |
