Please correct me if I'm wrong.

But I'm starting to appreciate getting to bed before 930pm.

I'm either going to bed to have sex or I'm going to bed to try and get 8hrs.

Often in bed before 9.30 and asleep. I am usually awake at 5am for no reason other than had enough sleep or animals have woken me up.
