"Anyone tried it? Any problems with side effects? Did it help?"

It essentially lowers your immune system so your body doesn't totally react to expel the pollen (ie streaming eyes, blocked nose etc).

So if you have a crap immune system anyway, then it might not be for you, otherwise it's pretty much ok.

Do you do yoni bare, by the way?

Northampton Somewhere

Son has it, he pays to go private as I don't think it's available on the NHS. The first year it helped but last year I think he ended up having 2. He suffers quite badly.

I was on clinical trials for hay fever jab many years ago . Had jab same time as another friend. We were at same doctors. Really worked for me and friend. Then was told no more. It was stopped due to side effects. Never found out what side effects stopped the jab .

It was potentially a different vaccine - many treatments are trialled but never get launched, for a host of reasons

50 years ago I had a course of injections for 3 years in a row.

They had to be complete before the pollen season started and there had to be at least a week and no more than 10 days between each injection.

I had to keep the box of vials at home in the fridge and because my appointments were all after school I brought them in with me and they were kept in the staff room fridge.

They really did work but were restricted to 3 years. I still suffer from hayfever but definitely not to the degree I did before those injections.
