Some times it's your local area that's least discovered. You may not have to go far. Are there some hidden gems locally? Maybe check what's on? The theatre, strange and obscure activities, music, group walks etc. Are there places you know of or seen but never been? A bar or restaurant you've been curious about but never been in. Are there some locals on fab that peak your intrest but never had the time to pursue? Maybe now is the time to hit them up.
I guess what I'm trying to say is depending where you live you may not have to put in much travel and cost into finding some adventure. Plus with the added advantage of finding new local places, activities or people you can enjoy beyond your 4 days off. Obviously now is a great opportunity to travel but you just may not want to.

Do something for you, something you enjoy but always put aside because of life. Maybe a spa day or going shopping...
Do something for someone else, doing something selfless will fill you with satisfaction. Help a friend or volunteer.
Then do something new, be brave and maybe you'll find something unexpected. Day trip somewhere new or as in Bristol go to the wave and get soaking wet...
Unfortunately I'm busy, but always available for mutual adventures...
