Confidence after a break

So, we’ve been on here for a long time and had some great meets and socials.

During Covid we obviously stopped meeting and I lost all interest, it’s only recently we’ve been thinking of putting ourselves back out there again but I’ve lost all of any confidence I once had!

Any tips for getting back in to things?

Hey OP!

If you're wanting to get back in to the swing of things (yeah, that was bad, I know), I'd say baby steps. Start doing things that will remind you of the excitement, the fun side of things - taking photos together, browsing Fab together. Talk, see if your interest is still there. If so, reach out to a friendly *insert whatever you're looking for* and have a zero pressure chat. Talk. People (most of the time) realise there's a human behind the words on the screen.

If you were part of the forums, or not, keep posting. It's a nice side of Fab (most of the time) and it can be great to read others' experiences.

I know some clubs do ‘newbie’ / new comers nights so maybe that would be a good place to start back up again?

I personally find throwing myself into something I'm nervous about works best, so I'd go to a club with now expectations of anything happening and just have a good time. Maybe even a social instead? I find that if I overthink things it makes me more nervous and can lead to feelings of self doubt.

You are both great, get back out there lol.

You are a pretty girl. Pop some fresh pics up and watch the fabs roll in. That should help.

My confidence comes and goe. Just takes things slow, don't push yourself. I do find a few photos help make me feel better and maybe some flirting on the forum or messages...

Whatever worked before..just slowly ease back into it.😊

You look good. I guess you go easy, with nothing too wild to start with, probably with a previous meet, so you feel comfortable. Then, if you're not feeling it, you can bin it off, and nobody is going to feel bad about it 🤓

Thank you.

We both realise that the spark is definitely still there for us both so that’s one hurdle out of the way!

I was part of the forums at times and it’s definitely a nice side of fab x

I definitely think some taking some new pictures and getting down to some flirting isn’t a bad call!

That’s a really good idea, maybe time to reach out to some fab friends who we are still in contact with x

I was close to 10 years younger back then with less wobbly bits and more confidence.

Seemed a lot easier back then

It's body confidence, not swinging confidence?

I have just taken a peek at your pics. You have nothing to worry about. We would not kick you out.

I think the body confidence leads to the swinging confidence.

Only Sean has seen me naked for quite some time.

As much as I’m wanting to jump back in, I’m finding it a bit daunting.

Thank you for the kind comment xx

Have you considered a visit to a nudist beach, no contact with others, no rejection, just hanging out.

You never know someone may say hi

I'd probably hang off until you feel more self assured about yourself

You are a beautiful woman who should be filled with confidence, but that’s not how it works.

Like some people have said, a few more pics and let the fabs roll in. Maybe use the the chat and webcams where it’s less intimidating.

Slow and steady and happy are the main things.

I know how you feel. I'd suggest trying to find people with similar interests to chat to in a no-pressure way - people who won't insist on a meet after a handful of messages. Enjoy the interaction, see how it makes you feel, and hopefully you'll find yourself wanting to meet someone(s) having taken the time to get comfortable with them and set everyone's expectations. Good luck with it!

30 June 2024 photo. Look hot in that, so you'll look fine naked. Relax. Have fun 🤓
