What did the woman in your op do about her problem?"
It wasn't painful at the time of when it happen as I believe it was due to weak pelvic floor muscles and previous pregnancy.
But I did advice her about exercises |

Wow! I know fab is a different world but a little empathy peeps goes a long way.
The NHS is broken and with women having to wait for 12-18 months for just an appointment it's no wonder so many are suffering.
Are women expected to stop all sex because of it?
Many women leave consults in tears because early intervention could of helped avoid surgery.
No it doesn't look great but you do honestly think women enjoy having it?
Ladies of all ages, PELVIC FLOOR exercises are a must! |

If this is happening often she needs a surgery but will depend on what type of prolapse it is.
Hopefully she has had it checked out as soon as possible after and she needs to be doing pelvic exercise as some can mend themselves without surgery.
But they can also cause serious bowel n bladder problems tell her to get it checked properly. |
