I've always found them too sickly.
I have purchased Easter eggs for the children, but I don't expect any for myself. I've only got them small ones this year. I make Easter special by doing an egg hunt. I put little sweets in plastic eggs and hide them round the house and garden. I might even do clues to larger prizes. It's more fun than Christmas  |

I miss the days of Easter egg hunts.
My kids did one for me a couple of years ago. They clearly thought I was 7ft tall with some of the ridiculous places they stood on chairs to hide them! 😂 |

I hate this time of the year, the boxes are on display, every time I go shopping I have to buy a box it's like a compulsion! I scoff them then feel so guilty  |

This actually reminds me of a guy at work. We all used to eat in the canteen at lunch and occasionally they would have cake and custard and during Easter, they would sell small boxes of Mini Eggs and Creme Eggs. This guy would buy the plate of cake and custard, buy a couple of Creme Eggs and put the Creme Eggs in the custard like an absolute animal 😂 |

I have a bag full of Easter eggs for Sunday. I've bought several different ones for my daughter, as always. And I've bought a small token one for my wife, which I'll put in her spot on the sofa, and which we'll get around to eating at some point - she loved Easter.
This year I've also bought one for my daughter's boyfriend, whom she wasn't seeing this time last year. Apparently he is indifferent to Easter, it never being a thing in his house, but he's attached to a woman whose family celebrate everything, so he's getting one!

I eat mine like I eat pussy after I bite the top off the egg. Tongue right in hitting the sides and making sure I'm treating myself to the goodness inside before stuffing myself with the rest of it.
