I have IBS but enjoy a gentle pegging or finger up the bum. Generally any play is a no first thing in the morning, if I want to make sure I'm clear down there the following day then I eat lots of rice the night before, it seems to absorb any extra liquids. Grim I know.

As Sam said it’s not something to do in the morning it takes a lot of prep but if it’s done right it’s incredible for both parties. We plan anal play we only do it at hotel nights away first thing in the morning Mrs will have a nice breakfast and that’s all that day. Shel make sure she’s done the toilet and have a good internal clean with a douche . During play we do a lot of fourplay then we spray pjur anal comfort spray directly into her bum hole this relaxes the anal muscles . That need left for about ten minutes to take effect . For actual anal play we use lots of pjur anal glide lube this works very well but use plenty of it and reapply if needed . Douching IS the answer, but you can over do it. Shower attachments can easily cause problems.
I find a lubed finger, followed 30-60 mins later by a 'bulb' wash seems to work.
If you feel anything with your finger then you need to poo and start again.

I have been with someone who didn't prep properly and it did not go well... (I will spare everyone the details, apart from i was glad we were at hers and she had laminate flooring)
Definitely watch what you eat that day, avoid anything spicy and douche beforehand. Unless your partner is really comfortable with it, then condoms can add a bit more confidence, as well as putting some dark towels down, as they can be quickly thrown in the wash if things aren't as clean as you hoped. |

I also have IBS and also enjoy receiving anal. As many have said, not in the morning, eat lightly for 24 hours, douche really well about an hour before and I use a well lubricated 6" dildo 1/2 an hour before to finally clear everything.
