I used to make my own. Normally I would have 3 boxes. I would write challenges and questions down. Each box was a level. The first box would be basic stuff like what's you favourite sex toy, when did you last masturbate, 5 second kiss with the person to your right. Box 2 would be more daring such as stroke 2 people's cock through there clothes, pick somebody to strip off naked. Box 3 would be the big one, this would include edge yourself and stop before orgasm, insert a butt plug for 10 minutes, let another player give you oral for 60 seconds.
Those games were always amazing fun as nobody except me knew what challenges were in the box  |

By the time you get to box 4 everybody is pretty much ready to explode, I did have toys and various vegetables on hand too for the kinkier challenges but normally it just turned into a full swap orgy by that point, the art is in the build up as always

Buy a jenga set and a sharpie.
Write different "dares" on one side of the blocks, such as
"Remove one item of clothing".
"Remove one item of clothing from the person to your left"
"Kiss the person to your right"
"Chose someone to remove an item of your clothing"
Or whatever you want them to say,
"Put someone over your knee and spank them..."
Can be as tame or as wild as you wish.
Set the jenga up and carry out the dares as you play.
