Hello. Is someone else on here doing a carnivore lifestyle style. I have been for the past year and never felt better in my life and the sex has improved a lot too. I would love to connect with couples or singles who do that too

Not now in the past I tried the Apex predator diet, just meat fat and bones, best eaten with your bare hands. Loved it

It's not a good idea to just eat meat, yes it's high in protein but without fruits or vegetables it's not healthy for your stomach. Eating red meat is good as full of protein and iron but need to offset with some type of vegetable containing carbohydrates

Does that involve literally eating nothing but meat?

No fruit or vegetables at all? Sounds like a recipe for terrible constipation to me.

It's a terrible idea, also meat by itself contains very little salt and sugar and when cooked it loses the majority of water content

I'm not a fan of the idea really. Trying to be more eco-conscious by eating less meat. I'm not sure more should actively be encouraged for either this or for health to be honest.

My thread was to those who already do the lifestyle and know what I am talking about. Please refrain from giving unsolicited advice if you are not into it and you don't know what I am talking about ☺️☺️

I apologise I wasn't trying to put the diet your on down, I'm a chef so was strictly going from my experience with meat/veg etc. If it's working for you then keep it up
