It’s a difficult conversation. Everyone should have an opinion.
But.
How often do you get tested.
It’s a subject that has “Come Up” (Excuse the pun) in private and public conversations, namely the social networking night.
So, Couples, Single Women , and especially “Single” Married Men.
How often do you put your mind at rest.

That’s a good question.
I haven’t had “Un protected” sex with anyone I haven’t known for about 3 months.
Maybe familiarity is the key.
But you never know what “She/He” has been up to.

Depends on the who.
I don't meet new people often.
When I first found fab and tried the 'meeting' style of dating for a brief time. I wasn't comfortable. At all. Didn't feel safe. Everyone was so cavalier about it. They still are. It's deliberate, selective ignorance and there have been several 'outbreaks' on the scene that are kept hush hush. Condoms aren't 100%. People stealth.
I always took precautions, always assumed the worst or that the person was lying. Always waited the 2weeks after a meet then tested.
I always tested before meeting anyone new. Even if I hadn't met anyone since my last test. I believe trust is earned and testing should be volunteered as a gesture of good faith, no one should have to ask for it.
I once felt a person I met was a risky link so I tested after every time. I lost interest after 3 dates due to their behaviour and I swore off anything too close to that side of things.
Just not worth the risk IMHO.
I want to look my children in the eye and not feel ashamed of myself for putting my health and, by association, their well-being at risk for a cheap fk. |

I’m lucky because I don’t have sex anymore.
Well occasionally.
But only with “Married Men” & their wives..

Every 3 months all clear 12/04/25 it’s so easy to use the facility now it’s being responsible, caring, and mature ! OP
A lovely lady I met on here gave me a lecture and was so informed … it IS making sex responsible yet so much pleasure too
Plus I use condoms for meets now too,

This is a good point! The way I’ve always done things is get tested after any occasion of BB, (which is very rare)but yeah aside from that I get tested every couple of months. |

I’m quite new to this I ordered my first at home test after my first club night took it after my second (and first broken condom) all clear but intend to go with every 6 weeks if theres activity but also considering looking into prep |
