I will be running London this Sunday.
Good luck to any fellow fabbers joining me, you are all FUCKING AMAZING.
First ever marathon, I can't work out if I am excited or nervous, it very much feels like I am about to go to war with myself.

Best of luck for those running tomorrow, be thinking of you.
Carbs, fluids, and relax today. Make sure you enjoy the run tomorrow as you have trained so hard for this wonderful experience. If you feel nervous today, just think of it as early onset adrenaline and turn it into something positive. Resist setting off too fast, keep energy back for those final few miles.

Dear Lord that was blooming hard!!
The heat made life very very hard
Around 21 miles I was in a world of pain but somehow, reset myself walked for a little and found some inner strength to get back running
The crowds were amazing
And so far I have raised almost £4000 for charity |
