I think I read somewhere that he was diagnosed back in about 95.

If so incredible battle.

Loved the early 80’s with the Alarm.

Also loved it when he performed as lead singer for Big Country for a while.

RIP Mike. Thank you for the music. Mike would walk to the top of Snowdon with his guitar and play a small set at the summit. He'd raise money for charity and you were welcome to join him on the walk. A lovely guy.

I never saw The Alarm but I did catch Mike with his side project Coloursound he did with The Cult's Billy Duffy and he was superb! Amazing singer!
