"I've finally chosen my songs now I can book my funeral.
The rose Bette Midler
Amazing Grace
Abide with me
There you'll be Faith Hill"
I think they are lovely choices, one of mine will be Nothing else matters by Metallica.
Make sure you communicate your wishes as otherwise a family member may do something else, which I have experienced and didn't find funny at all. |

I have only chosen one so far - the going out song
Tobi Legend - Time will pass you by
Contains the lyrics
Life is just a precious minute, baby
Open up your eyes and see it, baby
Give yourself a better chance
Because time will pass you right on by
They say a lot without being maudlin |

I went to a funeral today, and the first one was played. It was a lovely version, sung by a Welsh male voice choir |

For my entrance Those were the days of our lives, Queen. and carted off to The old bazaar in Cairo, Clinton Ford.
As I'm planning to be planted near the rellies in village cemetery I think I may have to tweak things a bit |

We had Amazing Grace and Abide with me at my mums. Good choices.
Mine will be In My Life - The Beatles. I always thought I’d go for something humorous but fuck it, let them cry. |

Always said that when I go to just chuck me in a skip or landfill.
However, if there were a couple of songs being played I would like them to be When You're Gone by The Cranberries, and Drowned On Dry Land by Del Amitri.
That will do me. |
