Complaining statuses

Honest first I may have posted one or two myself, but everytime I see someone post status about how dead the site is, how bad it's got etc, there is one thought in my head.

If it's so bad why are the complainers staying on the site. Surely no one is making them.

If not finding what you want or need, why stay?

I think it is a cry for attention a lot of the time. Like they're hoping someone will enter their DM's and be like "oh no why you leaving?" and proceeds to have a convo.

I always thought they were just cries for attention tbh. If they really thought it was bad, they wouldn't be here.

It would be like someone saying "I hate this food because it tastes crap", but then they finish their plate.

These days even I struggle to post a notable status update. I think the wonderful world of spectacular status updates has gone downhill. Sometimes I suffer from status update frustration (SUF).
