How do you sleep…

Depends how warm. Usually in pyjamas, unless it's absolutely boiling. The pyjama material gets thinner the warmer it gets, and I swap a long sleeve tip for a vest top.
Same duvet all year, but I change the cover to a cotton one, instead of winter material.
If it's really hot I wear just knickers and kick the duvet off.

It's so hot here it's almost unbearable.
I would like to sleep with the window wide open but the seagulls wake me up at 4 in the morning.
So naked with just a sheet over me. Bedroom door open and the rest of the windows open. |

I don't like the noise the fan makes, it would keep me up. As well as most of the time I agree it blows hot air on you.
I can sleep with the window open I just need a mechanism that would close it before the dawn chorus. |

Badly 😩
Windows open, fan on, tiny little nightie that ends up hiked to my waist so my under carriage can cool off, covers thrown aside, sometimes a strong antihistamine to help knock me out (I'm taking them now anyway as my hay-fever is being a bitch 🤧) |

I have both boudoir windows ajar. Thin summer t shirt. Bare from the arse down. A thin cover from the feet up to the arse.......
simples ....... I also have the landing and bathroom windows ajar so there is cross draught. |
