I made a cup of tea, grabbed a couple of biscuits to enjoy with it; then duly scoffed the biscuits before the kettle had boiled!
Happens every bleedin' time!! 😳
So, what do you not have the patience for?

Sometimes particularly late at night or early in the morning, I really fancy a coffee and a cigarette out the back but I usually have the smoke while the coffee is brewing, completely spoiling the full experience |

We both work from home so our mid-afternoon routine is to have a chocolate bar with a hot drink. We’ve usually eaten the chocolate bar before we’ve poured the tea!
If C’s making the tea then we could have the chocolate bar, have dinner and sit down in front of the TV before she realises she was making tea! 🤦🏻♂️

This seems to be a common problem. I think there’s a gap in the market here. Maybe it’s biscuits or chocolate with extra wrapping couple of material membranes to slow down the opening or some kind of aerosil powdered filler added to the mix to slow down the eating. I think I’m gonna be the next Internet millionaire with this one. |

...but it's a catch 22, I like your thinking, but by the time all that kitchen fun is done, the kettle's gone cold again and I'd have to re-boil it; only now, I've got the munchies and smash through half the pack by the time I've made us both a cuppa! |
