Morning all.

I am a habitual person in some respects. I don't it too easy to fall into habits with my free time. (current bad ones).

Either drink and watch telly in between being being productive with standard biting house work stuff.

Over all I've realised I've become dull.

So I need to chat through how to go about changing back to healthier and better habits.

What's your interests, hobbies you've swapped your bad habits with?

I do like.

DIY

Out door activities

Creative work such as writing, building stuff sewing etc (not good but enjoy it.)

I like being social

Come help a guy out who's worried about at a mid life crisis and suddenly realising I might turn 50 before I've had fun in my 40s xxx

I went on a day course with a guy and we learnt how fo fire breath and fire swallowing along with a few tricks and fire manipulation, was a really fun day and when ever I feel myself slipping, I pop into the garden or local park, and do it for an hour or so.. always brightens the mood and helps me focus

I love being social but people do my head

Being a mum, wife, GF, friend, neighbour, all round good egg, I wear many hats, so I like to crochet, it helps with my mental wellbeing

Love cooking, love looking after people

I adore being dull

It suits me

It doesn't take a lot to please me

Yesterday, a drive to the seaside, a walk along the prom, a simple lunch in a cafe, a wander in the shops and I treated myself to a new shirt

I came home happy, reinvigorated and refreshed

Simple things

I'm always really busy with work and sorting the house out and often get stressed.

My why of de stressing when i get the time.

Is hiking in the Snowdonia National park.

A hobby that I do is restoring vintage mechanical watches, although I really struggle getting time (excuse the pun) to do this.

One thing I always make time for is the gym, this is so important for my mental health. This really helps me to unwind and release any bad energies.

I'm a proud nerd, so I do cosplay, make tiktoks and go to Comic-Cons. I also got into 3d printing a few years ago

I can imagine the intricacies of watch insides can be fiddly, this kind of 'time-out' (did ya see what I did there?! ) is great for freeing your mind

I sometimes micro-crochet but I really have to be in the mood to do it as it's teeny-tiny!
