Anyone ever done recorded video interviews? I experienced it once with one of them tier one bank interviews. Passed every stage (including all sorts of tests) till that and I was nervous. Felt very impersonal too. Questions are displayed on screen, you read it, have a minute to think of your answer, and it automatically records you for a minute.
I didn't get the job after that stage. Didn't show up for another video interview for a different company after that, and I've been put off those kind of applications for a while.
Anyone else experienced that and how did they cope? |
