It's a genuine question

Has anyone experienced, been diagnosed with or had worries with something similar?

I haven't been to the docs. That's something that I've been hoping to achieve as the doc doesn't do home visits. And yes, before it gets said, I've written complaints and trying to contact the local MP.

I just wondered if anyone had trouble with this or had worries as its symptoms are paired with angina

Oh this is a genuine question!

At first I thought it might relate to some kind of body response when deep throating or something
