Prioritising messages

It’s not that hard.
Friends, ongoing conversations first.
It’s easy to delete messages or profiles that clearly don’t meet your preferences - e.g. messages you can read in their entirety without needing to open them, people who are hundreds of miles away, people with no real profile - whatever doesn’t float your boat. That clears a lot.
Then you read what’s left.

My general process is a random tapping of the screen like a DELETE THREAD lottery.
It's fairly exciting. Joking of course, or am I 🤔
If you survive the first round, next up to go are silhouettes. Nothing to see here....
Then it's the cocks'r'us.
After that I'll see if there's anything that matches my preferences and/or catches my eye rather than putting it out. |

I can usually tell from the first few lines (without opening) what the message is going to be like, whether they've attached a photo or not, it's very time consuming and sometimes unfortunately I don't have the time to dedicate to being thorough or attentive but I try to reply to most

Cock- will read if bored, but usually delete.
Read message, check profile.
Under 6’ tall- usually delete unless it’s a great message.
No appealing photos- no reply, will ask for them if decent message.
If decent/message that catches my attention I will reply.

I use a fair few filters, so I don't get that many messages.
I tend to reply to friends first, or people I know reasonably well.
Then I'll look at the profile of whoever else has messaged me and decide if it's worth a reply, if not I delete. |

Instead of 'blanket mesaaging' read the profile of the person who you're messaging, see if there's anything in it you can reply to making your opening message more personal

Instead of 'blanket mesaaging' read the profile of the person who you're messaging, see if there's anything in it you can reply to making your opening message more personal
