I tried for a few months a while back and did notice benefits.
I could go longer between feeling the sensation of needing a piss and then needing to actually go. Basically could hold my wee better.
I got slightly stronger orgasm but that might have been because I was not really wanking at that time either.
My routine was to do it when it remembered...I struggle to form good habits.
But best bit was it helped me get closer to having a wet hands free orgasm. Xx |

Essentially yes but there is technique.
So many people engage their abs, buttocks and even thigh muscles when doing them - when it should be an isolated exercise.
Lots of folks hold their breath too (especially during long holds), when you should be performing them breathing freely, or at least breathing out on the lift.
Different durations and depths of hold make for stronger kegels |

Yes, I have been for many years now. I'm not sure I notice any benefits as such because I've been doing them for so long if that makes sense?
Doing them in the correct way is really important. My orgasms are quite strong, I'm good at milking. I don't have any accidents when laughing or on a trampoline?
I try and do them on waking, before lunch and then before bed. Sometimes if I catch a clip where the squeeze doctor does it to music. I did/do use Ben Wa balls but I'd only recommend them if you already know how to properly do a kegel. |

Thanks for your comments. I've been trying to isolate the muscle but hadn't been aware of my breathing so I'll be mindful of that from now on |

Kegels are wonderful for us bottom TVs and the top guys really appreciate the difference too. Always for two minutes, ( 6 ×10 seconds each phase and 10 seconds in-between each phase for recovery and relaxation ) before and after a meeting. Mx |
