I have realised over the last 4 days the importance of friends. Not just those you see regularly but those who you have known most of your life, well over 30 years. The same friends I haven't seen for over 20 years and you carry like you have never been apart. True friends.
For those struggling with life, and I have been there, reach out, get in touch, more people love you, care for you and are happy for you than you may ever know.
Don't struggle with people who drain you, have people that make you happy in your life.

Wise words op & hope you're ok.
My best friend has been there for me through all the bad times and good times, we've been friends almost 40 years now.
Other friends come and go, but we'll always have each others backs.

That's so good to hear. I am good thank you, but had dark times, like everyone. I am on a journey in 2025 and the weekend was a big step forwards. |
