Day 2 Top to bottom
Day 3 Right to left
Day 4 Top to bottom |

Fair enough.
I think bed linen absorbs a lot of sweat and shed skin whether you wear pyjamas, underwear or nothing at all.

I think it's fairly safe to say that if any of us had a black light in the bedroom...we'd just never get in bed.
Or slowly bankrupt ourselves with detergent and washing machine repair bills |

I shower before bed I change my sheets weekly duvet every week as well. If I'm fucking it's changed afterwards.
I dont wear outdoor shoes in the house
I dont keep outdoor clothes on once home
