I have met many people based in the interactions I've had with them on the forums - in the Ireland section obviously. It gives a great indication of sense of humour and that always appeals to me. There are lots I still hope to meet someday 🙏  |

I’ve met several people in real life as a result of silly but fun forum frolicking. It’s not intentional (on my part) but sometimes it’s too good an opportunity to miss if you’ve got a shared sense of humour or view point. Some of the flirty threads are a great way to open a conversation that may not happen without a forum nudge. |

I've been loads through forum interactions.
And also been familiar with people I've met at events because we were all shit posting in some silly game or being very serious about the definition of some random word.

I met Polly on the forums when she was "Hungry For A Kiss" and I was "Alwaysready21". She stayed in Blackburn and I'm 50 miles north of Aberdeen, so there was no way on earth we would have met if it hadn't been for the forums   |

Think forums are great way to meet people.
In answer to your question I think majority of people simply use the forums to waffle and make connections as a secondary. Xx |

I don't post on here or create threads as some 'targeted method' to "gain access to meet someone". I post on here to participate in the forå.
However, the majority of people that I meet are down to my forum presence/participation. |

It’s like when you see a good status and think yeah I want to interact with that person but you might not meet their criteria, but the open forum is public and if it’s a shared interest your bound to connect with the people on there, the only boundary for meets in some cases is distance.
