"Not sure of the context and if you mean here or just generally. I must say that often think it has been lost a bit it and then come across so many people who just do behave with honour, honesty and integrity as one should.
It all depends on the context as I said. People do seem to be less caring and a bit more self centred and entitled regardless of how their behaviour affects others. Also kids learn ftom others and aduts and star behaving in that way till eventually it changes the behavious of certain parts of our society.
Also, from recent personal exoeriences, I have found out for example that a lot of trades people are unreliable, quote for as much as they can get away with and do the mimimum with little attention to detail or respect for you and your property. Apologies of course to those that don't fall in that category and there are quite a few but usually hard to get hold off. An older guy said to me recently ' I am old school. I am very proud of my work. Even if you are satisfied what what I have done, I will not stop going till I am happy it is just perfect'. That is the kind of trait that perhaps, and sadly I must say, is not very prevalent these days.
There will always* be decent, honest people and others not quite so. "

It's a dying art for sure.
People don't care. They're self-serving etc. Survivalist. Capitalist. Call it whatever you want. It's all the same end.
All of those attributes are coming from a place of doing what's 'right' with potential for personal effort and personal cost for no obvious 'material' gain.
Talk of it on here typically gets you lectured about being sad & delusional and "don't you know you're on a sex site ffs!"
