I think some may have witnessed some of my meltdown yesterday 
I'm not having the best week in the world, this is true. But I'm planning on spending my lunch break curled around my dog so there's some good in the world still. |

Sending my love OP. Hope things get better. My grandad is sick with cancer. He is really terrible, honestly I can't believe how quick he has declined. He looks like a skeleton. I'm with him everyday but honestly we all think he won't make it to the end of this month. I'm trying to be strong. |

It's been a tough week. Unwell, crashed my car ,stressed, overwhelmed and generally feeling sorry for myself. However reading some of these posts I'm feeling very guilty for wallowing.
