What diddy did was illegal as he used coercions, threats and bribes to get what he wanted and it's unclear if everyone consent was forthcoming and there were minors involved (potentially, allegedly)

I mean the consent aspect is the issue here, if he'd been swinging with a bunch of other consenting adults there wouldn't be a case, unfortunately he was trafficking non consenting not adults across country for nefarious purposes, unless your last name is Epstein I doubt you have much to worry about |

There is absolutely something wrong where consent isn't given by one party. Whether that's swinging, any sexual activity or sharing images of partners without their knowledge. |

In most cases it wholly consensual with everyone involved on the lifestyle by their own choice.
Have been at the odd house party or club and felt a ladies eyes and body language saying she's there more to satisfy her partners wants than her own. But very very rare.

It is complex because she was actually ordering the sex workers herself, so I’m sure his defence will claim it was fully consensual but she is saying she felt like she couldn’t say no , whether that’s fair loyalty, awkwardness or combination of them which I’m sure does sometimes happen in swinging. Where you draw the line has complex got some people have taken one for the team myself included. |

Attitudes and the definition for consent change over time. People like John Peel and Jimmy Saville, were actively operating as pedo’s why everybody watched , yet national hero’s….it’s not that people said nothing or did nothing it was just acceptable, same with drink driving, passive smoking & the sex parties on trial now. Same with d*unken sex which is technically r*pe in 2025.
