Morning fabbers ….
Do you ever have it where you click on a profile you like the look of ..only to find you’re already blocked ??
It’s happened to me a few times (that I’ve found so far) when I’ve been in forums and thought ‘ooo they look good’ and when I try to find out more I can’t view their profile  |

Don't take it to heart though. You may just be out of their age range or they may not be looking for raging hunks of beef that would shower them with passion and fuck the living daylights out of them.

I’ve not found that I personally have been blocked but more the “won’t meet single guys” blocked.
I’ve spoke to a few woman that will auto block a profile if it says certain things like bareback, or if your gives of the impression you are cheating.
Proactive defence lol, but at least you know straight away right. |

I went to send a face pic to a guy yesterday on the "face pic friday" thread, only to find out he'd blocked us. I found it a bit strange as we had never interacted before, though I've seen him on the forums regularly. He'd obviously decided he doesn't like how we come across on here, which is fair enough, but it still hits you at first and makes you wander what it is thats put him off - bearing in mind we would never have any intention of meeting him, just interaction on the forums. Just part of Fab I suppose, take it om the chin and move on  |

Maybe they looked at your profile previously, realised you weren't matched and blocked you so that they didn't click on you again. I do that. |

It's more common than you would think.
I will block individuals regularly without contact. Allows me to focus on who I'm interested.
I could read a form post or profile and go, "nope, not for me!", block.
Saves time.

Maybe they have seen that you have looked at their profile before but not contacted them? Some people get weird about people checking them out but never reaching out to them so they block them. It can feel a bit creepy seeing someone keeps looking at tour profile. We have a few people that always look at our profile but never interact with us. Although it can seem creepy, at the end of the day our profile is visible to everyone so we can't really get the hump if they choose to keep viewing our profile and enjoying our pics. We aren't here for likes and I don't prescribe to that club as I believe it's shallow, but some people get really butt hurt if people view their profile constantly and don't leave fabs or interact with them so block them. I've gone ninja mode and turned it off so people can't see I've viewed their profile, mostly because I have a shocking memory and need to look at thier profile to remind myself if I've tried to message them already and so on. So I'd look like a right perv to them but I'm just neurodivergent and have poor memory lol. Maybe try turning yours off and go ninja too?

We block single men that have public cock pics, as in our opinion it demonstrates a lack of consent and therefore we wouldn't trust them.
I'm sure many people block for their own reasons - it's probably due to incompatibility. K. |

Yes, sometimes. Am I curious as to why? Of course - I'm only human to wonder why someone who has never engaged with me in any shape or form has summarily blocked me.
Perhaps they disagree with my choice of gin? Perhaps they saw a verification from me to the girl of their dreams? Who knows...? I don't. |

My block is my filter.
I've had it happen to me too and it doesn't itch my brain. I just move on.
I sometimes can't recall the why of a block I have done, but I know there was good reason and move on. |

I've actually gone to block someone with some horrible views, and found we were blocked anyway. I was just a bit gutted I didn't get to block her first! 🤣 She went Unlos anyway. Thank fuck, because I don't think a swinging site was for her with that train(wreck) of thoughts 🫣 |

Actually, having ruminated about this a little further - more than I really should - I find some people are too 'precious' about trivial things or take it far too seriously. There are a few examples why I suspect I've been blocked:
There was a thread by a male newbie asking for general advice and the more recent two responses on that thread were somewhat dismissive and unhelpful. However my response took a few minutes to write and post, by which time two new people had already posted •immediately• before me. They incorrectly assumed I was talking about •them• when I mentioned the two "unhelpful responses. One of them, a popular forum dweller, blocked me on the back of that.
Other times it's on the back of the Swipe Left/Swipe Right 'fun threads'. It's a quick-fire round that requires precision timing. If you find you've given the 'wrong' response then you're pretty much swifty excommunicated by people with whom you've never spoken to or those, ironically, who aren't even looking for single men.
Other people just block me because I come across supercilious or living in Mayfair*. Both of which are just 'faux personas' to separate my Fab life to my real life. 🙂

That’s happened to me before.
And I’ve had to block friends and even people I’ve slept with.
I’m not for everyone. Sometimes people are better off without me or they get upset by my posts or me in the forums. Blocks aren’t always personal that’s why I just keep it stepping |
