I use Youcut. It lets you playback a video on a frame by frame basis and overlay a sticker (which can be a blur, pixel surface, emoji or custom picture, over the bits you want to conceal.
You can also add effects, crop the picture, speed it up/slow it down etc.
I'm using Android, I don't know if there's a iOS version, but if not it's likely they would have an equivalent app. |
